A Preventative Care Plan is designed to provide protection to your puppy by providing all services necessary to carry your young pet through the important first year of life.
For maximum protection, we strongly recommend you enroll your pet in a Petly Plan by the age of 5 months of age.

Restrictions
- Pet must be healthy and at least 8 weeks of age to enroll.
- If pet is in heat, pregnant, or diagnosed as cryptorchid at the time of surgery, additional charges will apply.
- Plan is nontransferable.
